Application in Industries
a) Drilling additives for crude oil
Sodium humate can be used in production of crude oil additives such as fluid loss reducer, viscosity reducer, well-wall stabilizer and water quality stabilizer. It can also be used in treatment of crude oil drilling mud , anti-collapse in exploration drilling, lubrication, high temperature resistance and so on. It has an excellent dilution effect and makes the fluidity of mud better. It has the ability to resist hydration expansion and pollution, and can improve the colloidal ratio and thermal stability of mud, which is obviously beneficial to the safety of production.
b) Ceramic mud additives
Sodium humate is widely used in ceramic industry mud, grinding, glaze and other processes, which can make the water content of mud and glaze become low, strengthen the crude green body, reduce the damage of semi-finished products, improve the plasticity and be easy to process in molding, improve the mobility of slurry and mud, reduce the glaze peeling, and improve the product yield and quality.It is more obvious to realize good effect by using sodium humate in thin crafts, electric porcelain, sanitary porcelain, architectural porcelain and industrial ceramics and other high-grade ceramics.
Application in livestock and poultry
a) Used as a feed additive, it can regulate the body function of livestock and poultry, promote metabolism, increase appetite, promote animal growth, and improve the yield and quality of milk, eggs, meat and animal hair.
b) It has the effect of eliminating fire, stopping bleeding, analgesia, enhancing immunity, antibacterial ability, etc. It can treat indigestion, enteritis, yellow dysentery, white dysentery, asthma, white skin disease of fish, water poison disease, scale damage and other diseases.
Application in Aquaculture
a) Application of sodium hamute in aquaculture can help reduce the toxicity of heavy metals and
polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and other organic matters in waters, and purify aquaculture water
environment.
b) It can help fish growth.
c) It can inhibit the growth of harmful aquatic organisms and algae.
d) It can improve the health level of fish, and guarantee the safety of aquatic food.
